I'm British - so all the food in the US tastes like an angel-orgy in my mouth, but this place is probably in my top 5 so far - and I've eaten like, everywhere between Cleveland and Charlotte. Staff are great and food is even better!
Poor service and left hungry, after having so many people say how good. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
Been waiting over an hour for a table when told only 30min. Midtown SUCKS today!
Been twice in the past week and have had really great food and serviceI think there has been some changes in management and it shows.
I'm a midtown regular. I have a few drinks, eat some food, and play pool. And every time Elle is my bartender I either don't get what I ordered, or my tab is incorrect. Its always a hassle. I love midtown and when any of the other bartenders are working its a great time.
If the owner doesn't do "care" about what's going on outside his establishment, I would suspect that his customers would be on their own if something happened inside.
Have given this place several tries, very dissatisfied! Now last night my vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. Parking lot lights out, no cameras in the back, and no effort by the owner who was on site to come out and acknowledge those who were victimized at his establishment. A waiter had to finally come out and say "oh your trucks were broken into, let me go get the owner," after I had already personally asked the hostess to get the other vehicle owners and a manager. Notice how the reviews after October and November went from 5 to 1 star? There's a reason. This used to be my families favorite place to eat while in Denver to visit. It has been excellent. But this time the service was awful and the waitstaff was unhelpful at best. Go elsewhere.
