Midtown is a wonderful locally owned storage facility who goes above and beyond to work with you and make sure any and all of your personal needs are met. It is very refreshing working with a locally owned storage facility instead of a larger corporate owned business.
They have their phones turned off during business hours and no one is in the office during business hours. They have a sign to call them but no one answers... I'm extremely confused. Supposed to open @8am, been calling for an hour. Came by 3 times... nothing.
