I have seen Dr Watson for 11 yrs now. I fly from Seattle Washington because I don’t trust anyone else with my smile. His knowledge and customer service is outstanding. He goes beyond any other dentist I have ever seen. He makes me feel comfortable and important when I know I’m not his only patient. Heather the assistant made me feel so comfortable. The.Best. My daughter and I both go here and have had everything from basic cleaning to very invasive oral procedure that I wouldn't trust to anyone else. Best dentists around, plus incredible friendly and caring staff. Everyone from billing and front reception to hygienist and everyone associated with the practice are fantastic. 5-stars for sure!
I love my dentist and his entire staff! If you're in the Nashville area and you have a love/hate relationship with going to the dentist, I highly recommend Midtown Smiles. The entire staff made me feel completely welcomed and comfortable and they all go above and beyond and provide exceptional dental care. I loved my experience at Midtown Smiles for my cleaning and dental check-up. The staff, hygienist, and dentist all took uninterrupted time to personally get to know me. My hygienist's motto was, "Thorough and Gentle," and she truly carried that out. They even have a paraffin wax for your hands, so you can relax while you are getting your cleaning (May not always be available, but it shows the extend in which they go through to help you feel relaxed and comfortable).
