Scammers. These people took me through a month long process whilst holding $1,000 of my money stemming from a “pre-approval” to hold my apartment and I didn’t even get to move in. They are money hungry. They will tell you to pay a large amount upfront and then when you don’t get approved you are SOL. They even went as far to say I had a pre-approval so they can get my payment. I wish there was ZERO stars option. Do not come near Ken &Co at Midtown Rental. They will take your deposit money but at the end you will either not get what you were looking for, or you'll end up working with another agency anyways. My daughter and her friends went looking for an apartment and stumbled upon Ken's company. They were made to fill out an application with $100 fee EACH.
