As a mental health professional myself, I have truly never been to a worse facility and am appalled places like this are still in business. Upon entry I decided to look past the incredibly outdated decor, and hope for the best. Unfortunately the office was as dirty as it was outdated. I felt uncomfortable sitting down. The doctors and therapist are amazing. However, I wish the administrative team have better communication with each other and simply cared more and more proactive in customers needs. Second, it will be nice if the front desk wears a face shield or mask. I know they are protected behind the glass, but seeing a mask relives stress during pandemic times. Though lacking in administrative, it still is a solid 4 star since the doctors are professional. This matters the most.

Do not go to this office. I was sent an email stating that the office would call me 20 minutes prior to my appointment. The call never happened, so I entered the virtual chat just to sit for 45 minutes. I called the office manager just to find out that i was told to enter the wrong chat room for my daughters appointment. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Would strongly recommend not wasting your time or being in a ransom situation like I will describe below. I was a new patient trying to get medication for ADD/ADHD. I called ahead to schedule my first appointment and gave my insurance information, set up an appointment for 11am the following day, and they told me they would call me 20 min before to collect co-pay. I love Linzi, she is very cordial and sweet. She does not hesitate to give me advice on how to improve my life and overcome any boundaries I may be going through at the time. Dr. White has filled her books with more appointments than she can handle. She is extremely impersonal. I feel like another name in her files. The front desk staff hardly answers the bell and definitely won’t respond to your calls or emails in a timely manner...if at all.
