I was a tenant for about 14 months and really couldnt have asked for better service. Whenever I needed something, id communicate by text or email and things were handled in a timely manor. Theyre also nice people so that goes a long way. Thank you Midtown.
Hi, Last year the home I had been renting for three years was sold by the owner and my family had a very short time (45 days) to move. We had applied to three property management groups, MPM was one of them. At the time my family size was four adults which included myself, and we were looking for a sizeable 3-bedroom house however, some of the homes MPM had available during this time were smaller. Justin and the Midtown crew are awesome. I've rented from them for a few years now and plan to for as long as I need. Always responsive, easy to work with and helpful. Couldn't imagine renting from anyone else!
The worst property management team I ever dealt with. Everything is AI and they don't even call or notify you when THEY CANCEL ON THERE END TO SEE A PROPERTY! Very unprofessional. Drove an Hour out to see a property and no one was there to show. My Advice do not rent through them. You will just get an automated system when ever you have issues. Wow no wonder I see properties on the listings for months and they can't get no one to rent.
