NOT SAFE Strangers have broken in several times to sleep in the laundry room. They have left human feces behind on several occasions. Members of the homeless community lounge on our porches and scatter their belongings about. It is helpful to call the police to have strangers removed, but it is definitely not a safe and comfortable living environment. This place sucks!! There aren't enough trash receptacles. Neighbors leave trash on the ground. There are roaches. There isn't enough parking. My mailbox was burglarized. Neighbors keep breaking the locks on the main door so they won't have to pay $75.00 for a key. Teens are smoking weed in the laundry room. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
