Was recently informed that some neighbors have been peeking through my windows when I am/am not home. Very scary. Additionally, my car has been broken into more than 7 times in my time here. The apartments are fine, but safety wise, it is in your best interest to move.

This place raises how much you have to pay without changing the lease. They recently added a charge for internet access and no tenant signed anything or otherwise agreed to it. Then they proceeded to charge a daily late fee for not paying this internet fee that is not part of the lease.

Specifically speaking on a property management business that has many units in this community in case some make the mistake of only looking at the community instead of the primary management business. Would give zero stars if I could. While I didn't have any real concerns while living there, other than poor communication, the issues arose after move-out. I lived in a 1BR 1BA at Midtown Place for a year and it was great. It was just what I needed for one person and my dog. The utilities are all updated and the bedroom came with a remote operated ceiling fan. All my floors were tile except for the bedroom. There was a little ware in tear in the bathroom, but wasn't bad considering the building is 55 years old.
