Moving in and the apartment had mold in the A/C. I told the management that there is a funky smell coming from the ac and nothing was done, as they had sent a person and found the smell to be normal. I, on my own money, ordered a hvac company to come out and check and they had found lots of growth and bacteria in the ac unit. So unless I would have checked the owner was going to put me in there with a moldy ac and whatever lung issues arise from that. Want to do a tour and no one ever showed up. I suspect they just use AI for all bookings and never actually check. Left in the middle of my workday to come. If they can’t even schedule properly with prospective renters I can’t imagine they treat the people who actually live there all that great.

Was recently informed that some neighbors have been peeking through my windows when I am/am not home. Very scary. Additionally, my car has been broken into more than 7 times in my time here. The apartments are fine, but safety wise, it is in your best interest to move.

This place raises how much you have to pay without changing the lease. They recently added a charge for internet access and no tenant signed anything or otherwise agreed to it. Then they proceeded to charge a daily late fee for not paying this internet fee that is not part of the lease.
