My kid has come here to see them and I enjoyed the staff and all around. As healthcare workers and Drs some don’t appreciate enough of what they do, especially in the field! They listened to us of our needs, and you don’t feel pressure of anything. I want to thank Izzy the medical assistant who had helped us along the way with Dr. Pollak! Great work all of the staff and you ALL ROCK! Thanks for all that you all do around here!

I love Midtown Pediatrics and the whole staff and Dr. Pollak! My daughter always has a positive experience, as well as my husband and I, and the office is nice and clean and cute! They're always flexible with schedules and last min. visits too which is helpful

Wonderful. My daughter loves it! Never a problem getting us in last minute. And Lizzie the best we absolutely love her 🩷 Doctor Pollak the best Pediatrician on this side of the earth !

I called them to set up new patient appointments. I waited 2 weeks to hear back, and when I called I was told they’re not taking new patients. When I asked why no one called to tell me that, I was told “OK BYE” and hung up on. So not only did I spend time waiting to hear from them that was waisted, but I was also abruptly hung up on.
