We had our first visit today and we LOVE Dr. Sarah and her entire staff!! So glad we made the change.
We had an amazing first visit. Dr. Karnish and staff are so wonderful - attentive, patient, and take the time to explain all alternatives with no shaming and no pressure. Teddy and Dolly are a fantastic addition to the staff and overall experience.
We are so incredibly thankful for Midtown Dentistry! We are used to some giving up on our sweet boy when he has a hard time regulating his emotions and behavior, so today meant more to us than they probably realize. He was definitely having a very challenging day, but they never gave up on him. They were patient, compassionate, understanding, and so caring throughout the entire visit. The entire team at Midtown was TOP NOTCH! They were all friendly, compassionate, and patient. Being a mom and making sure your little one is comfortable is so important! Dr. Sarah was fantastic with my little guy! The added bonus of having Teddy and Dolly come around made things so much more child friendly! Literally cannot say enough good things about them. I felt so at ease with just walking through the door! We've been with Midtown for just at a year and have consistently raved about them to any to hear!
