They charged me for moving, after going up 1100.00 on my rent…Shysters!!!! Candace is no longer there; Fantasia was very rude and disrespectful toward me and other tenants, which is what they pay her to do, of course. All tenants should be treated with dignity and respect!
Mice and roaches.I was told the only thing they would do is give me sticky traps after catching mice on the every other week. I got evicted after they refused to accept a payment form UCHC. Fantasia said she never got emails from UCHC after the case manager made several calls and emails to her. Fantasia was very curt, rude, and disrespectful. I picked Midtown Park Apartments over six other apartments and I’m very thankful I made the decision to move here. My apartment is very upscale to be Detroit based, units are clean and very up to date. Too add there is laundry facilities in each apartment complex , and the apartments are located in a great location. The leasing agent , maintenance and the neighbors are a plus as well :)) Great job Midtown Park!!!
I visited a very close friend I haven't seen in 23 years or more his place was really nice l was glad he lived ❤️ in such a nice apartment 😊 ☺️
