Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the facility was clean and they worked very efficiently. However, I do not think I had the best nail tech for a dip set. The tip on one nail was not pushed down fully, I mentioned it and he just filed it down. That nail broke less than 24 hours while simply opening a drawer. I had another nail break a few days later after grabbing a bag strap. Additionally, the nails look a little sloppy, and the dip powder did not make it to the edges of most of my nails.
