Seriously the best Crossfit gym I've ever been to. All of the coaches are phenomenal. The programming is phenomenal. The environment is so inviting no matter where you are in your journey. The thoughtfulness put into the amenities offered for athletic recovery, including yoga/flow, breath work, sauna/cold plunge, relaxation pod with leg compression sleeves, etc., show how extraordinarily important the athletes are to management at Midtown Movement. The Midtown Movement open air gym experience is truly unmatched. I work out with Montana and her personal training goes beyond the physical workout. Her positive energy is contagious and the reason I look forward to working out. From the friendly staff and people to the variety of recovery and wellness experiences, this place offers it all.

I just called to ask about their IV and all, they were so rude and uninterested and didn’t give answers or said they don’t know and hung up.

I would literally give 10 stars if I could. Awesome friendly employees, trainers and owner. Feels like home. 2 saunas, several cold plunges at varying degrees of coldness + more recovery options! PERFECT for someone who’s trying to start cold plunging but wants to ease into it. The saunas are also amazing! I seriously can’t recommend this place enough! They have a ton of awesome workout equipment as well. I am so glad I found this place. Definitely stop in and see for yourself.

I highly recommend this gym. Professional, medical, clean , very knowledgeable staff, and so much equipment. Many services provided to help you reach and maintain your health goals. Whole health is what these people are all about.
