Customer service here is top notch! I walked-in without an appointment and was greeted by Tim within the first 10 seconds. Him and Kevin worked with me to get the car that I want with my fair credit and the little deposit that I can offer. They didn't stop looking for the best financing option I can have and, of course, what I can afford. I left the dealership with the BMW I wanted.
I came here to get a new car and Chris was so amazingly helpful. I always get nervous when it comes to buying a car or even getting a car serviced as people can try to get over on you. I was so happy to have found somewhere where they are honest, helpful and kind. Definitely recommend coming here to pick up your new car! Make sure you ask for Chris!

First time buyer, no co signer, on a budget with monthly payment budget. These guys are the best help you could find in San Jose they went above and beyond for me to get my new car. Kevin, Tim, & Chris are just amazing individuals genuinely trying to help the people that need it. You can go anywhere and get a car, but if you want honesty integrity and reliability you gotta check those dudes out at midtown.

They said the car got sold but keep putting up new ads
Car didn't start when I went to test drive it. "Salesperson" wasn't knowledgeable and they didn't take me seriously when I said I wanted to buy the car. I left feeling glad I didn't make the purchase but frustrated by the lack of professionalism.
