Always great experience with Dr Salma Jabeen and her team quick service she actually checked patients very politely and paying attention to their problems thanks Dr Salma to consider patient as people not just a Numbers.
Lots of people have complained about the long wait times and horrible reception staff but I personally haven’t had any issues. The staff have always been kind and helpful. Wait times have been a little long sometimes even with an appointment but no different than any other doctors office I’ve been too. Dr. Marzouk has been great. He is patient, kind and understanding and you can tell he cares about his patients.
It's better show up an hour to couple of hours late for you appointments.. Way too much wait times.. has absolutely regards for appointments times and times of others. Every time I show up here end up waiting an hours or nd I have a 8 months old.
clinic is nice, rooms are nice, the black gentleman who is a doctor is very nice but the receptionists are awful. full of attitude and they seem bothered when asked to do anything. wait times are astronomical for some reason even with appointments. i wouldn’t go unless you have the time to wait an hour to see anyone
I am overall pleased with the care provided by the doctors and nurses, specially Dr Rajan. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, which makes a big difference in my experience. However, I had an unpleasant interaction with one of the receptionists during my visit on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, she was quite rude, showed a lot of attitude, and appeared disrespectful.
