RecommendedDr Braun is a caring and understanding Dr. He finds ways to pay for what you need of your having difficulties getting it.
Although I do like Dr. Braun and the nursing staff, the wait times are becoming more and more unreasonable. This last time I have been trying to get a prescription filled, but the nurse either did not get the message or ignored it. It's very frustrating to be at their mercy for medical attention.
Dr Braun and his staff are the best I'm not embarrassed to discuss any medical issues with any of the staff I've been going there for over 14 years and even though I've just moved to GA ( a 5 hour drive) I still schedule my appointments there at Midtown Medical Center
This office is just too busy to give individual attention and compassionate care that I believe is needed. I demand to be heard and ask for Dr. Braun to contact me as soon as possible.
My brother and bro-in-law are patients here. I live 1200 mi away. Flew down recently when a health issue of my bother’s found him hospitalized. Called dr B’s office day after discharge as I was going back north and, despite a full schedule, he fit us in. I am completely empathetic to long waiting time but all I can say is... when dr B entered the room it was undivided attention. We weren’t rushed. We were heard. Excellent care by Dr, Braun and all his staff for the past "15" years!! If they moved to Brazil I would be on my way there also. I would highly recommend this practice, I am so grateful for their care and professionalism.

Rating this practice is a bit difficult as I do like Dr. Braun as my primary care physician. All the staff are friendly, too. However, both my husband and I have recently waited more than an hour and an hour and a half in the exam rooms for Dr. Braun to come in. In both cases, we walked out as no one came to even update us on the reason for the delay.
