Having Midtown Market in Paducah is such a blessing as I attempt to help people eat better and be healthier. I have also seen how the owner Andy Carloss can mentor young people and help them grow. My highest recommendation for Midtown Market !
I go into Midtown Market a couple of times a week not only for the awesome food but simply to buy my kids a kind of gum you can't get anywhere else (Pür)! I mentioned this particular gum to the owner and told him I was sad that you can't find it anywhere in Paducah, and shortly afterwards he had it on his shelves! He is an awesome guy, and you are supporting a sweet family when you shop there.

You can't find a better local place to grab lunch!! Everything at the Deli is GREAT!!!! They have good manager's special meals and items in the grocery on sale regularly. I also like the prepared meals ready to cook!! They even have a drive through if you don't have alot of time. Thanks to the staff at Midtown for always taking good care of me when I come in.
