The only reason MIDTOWN GROVE APTS have received one star is because without me tapping one, I can’t leave a review at all! They’ve treated my friend horribly and will not help her with anything after Harvey. May they all get what they deserve! The folks at Post Oak Aptartments were like family when I lived there. There is a lady that has lived the for 30 years, and when I asked her why, she said that she has always been very happy there and that it feels like home to her. Very professional office staff. My client was looking for a two bedroom apartment in the area, but unfortunately, none was available at the time. The Property Manager did her ultimate best to accommodate and even referred us to a sister property. Many thanks for treating my client exceptionally well! Ms. S. York is her name.
I have lived here for a year and glad I made the decision to move on a smaller property. I have also seen several of managers and each one has done their job professionally. But, Ms. Shamarilyn rocks with making sure the tenants feel at home and we are valued. I like to say thank you to Cesar who works with her in making sure the building is safe and clean. Rockstar Capital Management came in about six months ago and really updated the place. Replaced the old builder grade finishes and really made Midtown Grove look like a luxury apartment. Super value for Midtown. If you are looking for a new apartment home but don't want to pay crazy pricing, give Midtown Grove a chance.
