It appeared to be pretty nice inside no pictures. One painting up front. We asked the receptionist for a booth it was not peak time and there were many booths available as she told us there was not available so we sat in the middle of the floor. The entire time we were there nobody occupied the booths. While we were trying to talk the Receptionist who is clanking silverware on the tables and not quietly mind you it was quite annoying. The food was very good and the wait staff was good which is a plus.

From the moment my party was greeted at the door by the sweet & lovely Ashlyn, thru the skill steady handedly displayed by John behind the bar crafting our pre-dinner cocktails, to the menu expertise and steady hustle without ever hurrying displayed by our server Erin the service was top notch and completely unpretentious. We just happened upon this great lunch place while visiting Raleigh on June 9! It was a delightful surprise. From the moment we went inside the hostess was personable and our server was so helpful . My husband enjoyed the shrimp and grits while I splurged - they were offering a 3 course lunch at a very reasonable price. I had strawberry gazpacho- BLT - (their delicious version) and the strawberry/rhubarb crumble for dessert! I shared the dessert😊. I highly recommend!
