Great food, service and prices! I have lived less than a mile and just checked it out tonight. Pleasing a 10 and 12 year old isn't easy and they cleaned their plates and ate dessert. I'll return with my husband for cocktails and keno!!
I had the key lime pie and I thought the owner was hyping the key lime pie up. But when he said it was 'the best in the USA, he was telling the truth! It was worth way more than what I was charged. My wife got the lobster & shrimp mac-n-cheese. She said it was the best mac-n-cheese ever.
I went here for my birthday last Saturday for dinner with a group of six people. It was such a great experience. Loved the new decor and the music (a live band was playing) To start I had their french onion soup and for the entree- Lamb shank very good! I also tried my friends entree, chicken Marsala, so delicious.
I've had the chance to dine at Midtown a few times since the renovations and there is nothing bad I can say about the place. I've tried something new almost every time and everything I've had has been superb. From the Burgers, to the Hot Mess sandwich. The portions are beyond generous. The waitstaff is amazing even though many of them are new they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and well cared for. The owners have made it a point to introduce themselves.
Heard from our friends the place is finally open, the place looks AMAZING and the food is still very good
