Place has great food can't believe I haven't been there before until today my wife's been holding out on me she's been a few times without me
I had the wow that's hot and fries. It was good and the service was great! Definitely will need back. Cold beer and cold mugs can't beat it.
We took our son who was in town for a couple of hours. As usual, the food was great. I had the Hawaiian burger, our son had the Philly cheese steak and my wife had shrimp and chips. The coleslaw was the only thing that had a problem with taste. Service was excellent as expected. Their burgers are hand formed patties.
Delicious burger and fries. Place was packed on a Sunday still got quick service and food came out 15 mins later. Definitely worth detour to grab a bite!
I'm not sure if we came in today and it was just an off day for our waitress but our drinks sat empty for at least 15 minutes. She even brought our food and still left my drink empty. A couple bites into my burger and I realized it didn't have the bacon I paid for so I sat and waited while my food was getting cold, but she never came back. I really like the food is so good I never had a hamburger and fries like they do
We've been patronizing Midtown for over a year, and it's been a favorite when we want a burger. BUT, twice in the last month the food was totally disappointing. Burger last time was awful--took one bite and threw it away. Tonight, I tried the chicken sandwich. One bite and in the trash. Had a side salad, and after I picked out the brown, rotting pieces of lettuce, it was ok. I don't understand why the food would be so different... was there a change in ownership? Staff? Suppliers? The bbq burger I had was wonderful. I added another pattie. Very big, was definately full from it. Just wish they served adult behaves other than wine & beer.
