Work performed which was scheduled went without hitch. I brought up concern with my 2020 F-150 wipers that I noticed are very slow to cycle. Was told that I need to change battery as it is not charging as it should. Instead of buying it on the spot I went to Costco (much cheaper…) got one required and installed it. Needless to say it is not battery as the issue is still there Not much faith in Mid-Town Ford technicians.. Regards
