Every one was friendly, I was treated real well.
The staff and doctors are wonderful, however the billing department charged me out-of-pocket the day of for charges my insurance ended up paying. I've been talking to them for 6 months now, and they cannot figure out how to get me a refund for the charges. It's always them creating a ticket that gets rejected over and over. No one on the billing side understands the process of claims and how to resolve issues.
After a recent ER visit, I visited Dr. Okoro for a follow up and she listened to my concerns and immediately said we need to investigate your systems further rather than just medicate, which I appreciate. A few weeks later I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and endoscopy under the care of Dr. Okoro Midtown Emory in Atlanta, GA. I had the most pleasant experience. Another great experience with Dr. Okoro and her amazing team.. from the front desk assistant, Altricia(RN) , Robert, Dr. Burnett (Taj), .. I can’t forget my after procedure nursing staff - Atecia(after procedure nurse) and the sweet CNA- I didn’t quite get her name: The entire team was so so AWESOME
The best experience with Midtown Endo Team. Dr. Frist, Dr. Eubanks and the entire team from check in to the transporter were phenomenal!
