Great staff and service.
The staff is very professional,friendly, and well mannered. They take there time to explain procedures, processes to be done, billing, and all of your options. I appreciated the way that my billing would be broken down including the insurance portion of it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great dentist office and staff.
Since moving to the area my husband and I were looking for a new dentist. Midtown Dentistry was conveniently located and happened to be in our insurance network. First impressions speak volumes. Your office staff was so kind n professional n made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Kahn has such compassion n warmth that liked him immediately. The offic was clean n neat. Being a retired nurse I know what to look for. They were extremely helping ful.ðð
Great job on customer service
My first visit was perfect. Wanda is a pleasure to talk with and Crystal was also great. Perfect first impression. Georgia is on top of her game as well. She has a great sense of humor. Dr. Khan is too cool for school. Very professional and lot the least bit arrogant. He has a great demeanor. I look forward to returning. Well, as much as anyone can look forward to seeing the dentist ð.
Havenât been to the dentist in years, but when my filling that the Air force put in in1966 finally wore out (donât makeâm like they use to) I found these fine people!! Denistry has really changed from what I remember! These people were great! Probably their best attribute is âfriendly â. Courteous would be in the running too. They really took care of me and went out of their way to fix my filling problem Thanks guys! Youâre great!
