I just wanted to take the time to share my experience with my new hygienist Mrs.YaReesha on Tuesday 20 February 2024. Hands down, she is the best hygienist I’ve experienced ever! One of my major fears during a cleaning is that molders are extremely sensitive to the drill; and when I explained it to her she said to me “No problem I will put some ointment on your gums and you will be just fine”. The staff seems friendly, my wife went in for an exam/cleaning and for some reason or another they wouldn't let her use the insurance coverage I have for her so she had to use the insurance from her job "no biggie" but then her insurance couldn't find the dental hygienist that did her work. So they tried to charge her the full amount instead of calling her insurance to see what the issue was. They also said my wife had a cavity (which was a lie). I had a great experience — The staff is very thorough and friendly. They explained everything and took the time to answer my questions. Their office manager knows all the details about pricing, procedures, and insurance. I’ll definitely be coming back and trust them with my future dental care.
Got my wisdom teeth removed and the office called me an hour later to get my pharmacy info. My prescription was never sent to my pharmacy and the after hours number keeps hanging up the phone. I have given them my information about 5 times with my mouth injured from the wisdom teeth extractions. Not sure why the office turns off the phones while they are open and receiving patients on a Saturday.
