I just want to say, that I had a great experience for my first visit to Dr Benjamin DDS. I have to say I and so many others I know are not fans of dentist appointments.But This visit was very different from other visit I've had with other Dentist in this area. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist named Shawana she was a pleasure to talk with and was very helpful. She is always pleasant and informed. She make my teeth cleaning is now something that I don't dread
I hardly had to wait. All staff are so nice and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Brooks, his hygienist was great and listened to my concerns and set me at ease.

A perfectionist . He takes his time in providing patients needs and won't stop providing you with options or resolutions . Passionate about his job and works very hard to satisfy patients, with the services that they can offer.

Everyone is so helpful from Dr. Brooks, to Morgan his assistant, Ali my hygienist, and Shanna in the front office who was able to explain my dental insurance statement.

Always a wonderful experience at MidTown Dental. Having had several years experience in the dental field, it's a pleasure to find an office where the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to see me! The office setting is fantastic as it's located in a renovated house located on a beautiful street in Downtown Reno. Thank you Dr. B and Team for taking such great care of my entire family!
