Derek is a great human to know, he is an expert at connecting with people through communication and genuinely cares about people and their story. It's rare to find someone that has found their true calling in life. I also believe that becoming a father allowed him to strengthen his understanding of relationships and fatherhood, which only reinforces his skillset. Love this guy.
