I generally give midtown a 5 star rating. Wonderful Docs. Wonderful staff. But I'm seeing red over the fact that I cannot reach the clinic between 5 & 6pm or on Saturdays. I received a call from the clinic at 5:10pm regarding the fact that my Friday appt. needed to be rescheduled for Wednesday, tomorrow, in the morning. Knowing I couldn't reach the clinic after 5pm, I checked the website for other possible numbers, including urgent care. The one number I found(394-3693) was only to the Fax-line!
