If you're looking for a great massage, book with Mary Thate. There's a detailed questionnaire that you'll complete where you can specify how much pressure you prefer, if you have areas of concern and even how much talking you prefer during the massage. I was sore the next day, but it was a good soreness and felt like a lot of tightness had been worked out.
I had from a minor injury to my ankle / heel and after 2 appointments at Midtown I was back to 100%. Everyone is kind and welcoming. The office is clean and overall has such good vibes! Love it here. Can't recommend it enough!
