We were very pleased with Midtown Chimney Sweeps. In particular, Ben was personable, professional, and ethical in his dealings with us. Moreover, we consider that the asking price for services was transparent and consistent. While we believed we might need a new firebox or refractory panels, Ben advised we had plenty of life left in the current set up. I'm incredibly impressed with Midtown Chimney Sweeps, specifically Ben, who was the tech who came out today. I bought a house in November and was recommended by my inspector to have a chimney cap placed. I had an appointment scheduled last week with Midtown, which had to be rescheduled last minute due to scheduling conflicts on their end, but Midtown communicated it quickly and efficiently.
