Cuídese de ser estafado,muy molesto con la administración de este lugar ,cobraron una tarifa extra sin mi consentimiento al pago mensual para reportar al crédito el pago de la renta, una falta de respeto de su parte,pero olvidandome de eso todo marchaba bien hasta que decidí mudarme,parece que están muy necesitados de dinero ,porque cuando llego el total a pagar por los 6 días vividos de ese mes vino por encima de lo normal ,cuando fui a la oficina no supieron explicar porque paso eso y me dijeron que pagará ese total que el... read more

twice in 4 years I have had a major maintenance problem, early early in the morning, made the call.....maintenance here within 30 minutes and does not leave until the problem is totally fixed.....great job

Ms. Eileen and the regional manager made this process super quick and easy. This experience has been nothing short of phenomenal! Ms. Eileen from the start has been friendly, accommodating and answered all my questions, she’s awesome! The property is well kept, the apartments spacious and in a great location. I’m so excited I can’t wait to move into my next home!

We had appointment to take a tour. we took off work to make it work. It was raining, we get there and tell us we can't take a tour. I think a phone call could of been made so we didn't waste our time. To many apartments in Cape to choose from, I'm looking for customers service. I will be back.
