This place has gone from nice to terrible. I noticed they changed the name slightly, that was their best move yet as there is nothing luxury about it. You can no longer use the clubhouse without paying $250. What’s the point of a clubhouse if I cant Have a few friends over. I moved here because it had a heated salt water pool. Not anymore! The management decided to no longer heat the pool without any notice to residents. Things break and they just don’t replace anything. twice in 4 years I have had a major maintenance problem, early early in the morning, made the call.....maintenance here within 30 minutes and does not leave until the problem is totally fixed.....great job
