Midtwon is a very quiet property to live in, small and has everything you need. It is warm. I lived in this property for 5 and a half years. It is a shame that they do not have the 3 complete rooms. It would be great. The best thing about this property is its maintenance person, Mr. Miguel is An incredible person who will always help you, you can trust him completely, with his generosity he became part of our family. Had to move out after the new management arrived. Rude, never cared about anything. Upon moving out, they came up with some fake charges to withhold from my deposit. Became pretty unsafe to stay there. Tons of non residents trashing the pool area in the evenings and on the weekends. All our friends moved out as well. What a shame. Clubhouse, Gym were always in decent order. Maintenance guy - Miguel was always friendly and helping out a lot. More and more tenants with ankle bracelets on home arrest were walking around.
