This is the best breakfast in Sheridan, really it is the best breakfast within atleast 100 miles of here. Good breakfast food with at least pseudo real ingredients is not something you can find in this part of Wyoming - other than at this establishment. They seemed to have cooked the eggs in real butter, not some horrible oil. The yoke had collar and seemed like a high quality egg. The green salsa is delicious. Lives the chilaquilas. My husband had an egg and meat burrito which he enjoyed as well.
Beautiful area with a great place to eat.
Very good overall. Definitely a small space not suited to large groups. But the menu is extensive and the food is good.
