Midtown Bistro is a very quaint restaurant located in North Myrtle Beach. We had a most enjoyable experience, the food and service was great. Highly recommend this restaurant.
We arrived for our reservation and were promptly seated and waited on. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and the food was unbelievably good and you can not beat the prices anywhere!
Wouldn't you know...I bragged how good the food is and took some friends March 15 and service was so bad. Food was mediocre. We were there at 1 pm and empty tables but one waitress and she or the kitchen staff were so slow. I had an appt. at 4 and I was afraid I would miss it. It took her 20 minutes to bring tea and it was over an hour before we finally received our plates and one in a group had specific instructions on her order and the waitress never even looked at the plate to be sure it was what was ordered...it was not.... read more

Food was very good! Could cut the Filet with a fork! Piano playing music atmosphere was very relaxing!
We were told about Midtown Bistro while my husband played a golf league a few years ago while staying here for the winter. This is by far the best kept secret for dining. We spend 3 months every winter and come back for 2weeks in the summer with our family. I cannot tell you how many friends we have brought to the Bistro over the past 4 years! Had a good dining experience with Miguel as our server. Started with Sangria which was delicious, then salad that was ok, then a wonderful bone-in pork chop that was cooked perfectly. My friend had the veal parmesean and said it was delicious with a large enough serving to take some home. This was our first visit and we will return. Parking is tight but they do offer valet.
