Highly trained chef! Superb presentation. Excellent cuisine! Best ever!
We are locals who visited for the first time last night. Reservations were at 6; arrived 13 minutes early and weren’t seated until 6 at the same table that was vacant when we arrived. For 13 minutes we sat in the bar and were never approached by anyone offering a cocktail. Our waiter Matt was ambitious and friendly but that was not the general vibe of the place. Food was delicious. We most likely will not return regardless. Midtown Bistro should invest in some all-staff hospitality training.

We are local and use to really enjoy coming to Midtown on date night. Tonight we both got the Seafood Newburgh (use to be my favorite) it didn't taste the way it use to. It had a fishy no flavor taste. My husband did not eat his. I put salt on mine and ate it because I was so hungry and the waitress was never around so it was eat that or wait all night. The food is fabulous, always fresh and affordable. Dress up or go casual either works. This is a local’s favorite!
