Made an appointment for March 2, the appt. was made on Feb. 12. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 am, I called at 3:30 pm to check status, they hadn’t even started the work. I was then told that it was a 2-day job, which I had never been informed of previously. No accountability, poor/no communication. I’ve been patronizing this business for years, but I guess all good things must come to an end.

I am so excited about this establishment. My convertible top wouldn't work at the eve of Summer. I took my car in and was initially told by the mechanics that Shane couldn't fix it due to a aftermarket radio interfering with the signal. I asked them to try again because my radio and top have been working for a long time with no problem. I had faith that they could figure out the issue. Shane went back in and found the culprit.
