The apartment was awful, a leak from somewhere continued throughout the year. It was bad enough that my roommate was allowed out of his lease. I lived there two years ago and was thrilled when the lease ended. However, the frustration continues as two years later with no other correspondence, being checked out and deposit returned now a creditor sends an email that I owe $25.
Not worth the money at all and they don't care about their residence. My son was locked out of his room, and it took an act of congress to get his door open. when he called the front desk, a message came on that said if you are locked out of your room press 1, but no one ever called him back. He sent a message through the portal, but no one responded. What type of apartment complex leaves their residence without an option for getting back into their room when locked out.
Amazing location and that's where it ends. Amenities like the gym and pool are terrible and constantly in repair. Employees and staff are the worst. They do not care about the people living there. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had where I ended up having to stay at hotel for a week due to evolve incompetence. Highly advise to keep this as an absolute last resort.
My daughter lived at the Station for 2 years and the first year was fine, but then a new management company took over and the second year was awful. The "gated" parking lot, which you pay for, had no gate for the entire year. It was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to an email. When she moved out they sent an email saying they would inspect as soon as you leave, then refused to do so. They were very rude when I spoke to them and extremely unhelpful. We had hoped to stay in one apartment through coll... read more
Viviana was so kind and help full to me when I first moved in!
Let me start off by saying I have paid for college housing for several of my college age children and this is my last child in college and one of my most frustrating rental housing experiences. This is my daughter’s third and final year living at Evolve Bloomington. The first reason for one star is because of poor customer service and excessive and bogus charges. My daughter has had issues with her door sticking for over a year and she has repeatedly asked for them to repair it.. Having a door that doesn’t open quickly is ... read more
SOUTHERN LIVING BUT MAKE IT GHETTO. CONS: At night riff raff still enter through the exit or after residents to break in for pool usage. And they’re LOUD. And they bring their screaming kids so it’s unsafe (because you don’t know who these people are) and it’s not peaceful because of the shrieking. So really you can’t enjoy the pool past when the office closes and these people arrive (because they know the offic is closed and they most likely won’t be stopped. And it’s the SAME people over and over. It’s like iKon is sec... read more
By far the worst and most overpriced place to live in Gainesville BY FAR. There is no after hours maintenance, all the appliances are horrible, all the promised amenities we were promised that we are STILL paying for still have yet to even be began for the construction process... The entire place is a joke needs new management, and better employees. Worst first year living experience I think I could’ve possibly ever have had as a first year college student I strongly recommend living somewhere else and saving your money, thi... read more
