By far the worst and most overpriced place to live in Gainesville BY FAR. There is no after hours maintenance, all the appliances are horrible, all the promised amenities we were promised that we are STILL paying for still have yet to even be began for the construction process... The entire place is a joke needs new management, and better employees.
