Awful! – Awful place. The receptionist is rude, Amanda I believe her name is, and they do procedures without talking to you. Went in there to have my cat looked at because she had an abscess on her lip/face. Came in at 8:45am and they told me there was no one that could look at her right now and to just leave her there and come back at 10:00am when my dog had an appointment. Friendly, helpful, good experience every time – I started going to Midtown Animal Hospital after a poor experience at another hospital. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful every time I've gone in. Dr. Dinger has been fantastic to work with and does a great job of explaining and answering questions.
Surly, Rude and Arrogant – I'm new to town and decided to try Midtown Animal Hospital in spite of some of the negative comments here because they were close to my house and after all there are some very positive things said here too. They love your pets as much as you do! – After years at a different vet, who never seemed to care about my pets as much as I did, I left them and headed to Midtown Animal Hospital. I wish I had when my pets were younger! They are so kind and loving, and completely understand that these are our "kids." I recently had to put my dog of 14 years to sleep, and they could not have been more compassionate and understanding, giving me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my buddy. Excellent service – I was provided excellent service from the front counter help, the assisants and the vet. They were very compassionate about my animal, friendly, thorough and costs were very reasonable!
AVOID THIS PLACE – If you like those restaurants that have waitstaff who are trained to be mean to you, you will love this hospital! The staff is rude and are more than willing to see you off. I should have listened to a Vet friend's advise and not risked it! I had an appointment scheduled one afternoon made after my cat had 3 seizures. Great Staff, Reasonable Rates – The staff is so kind and caring. They have great advice and options that are cost effective, but also in my cat's best interest. I moved to Granite Bay, CA and I still drive to midtown for their excellent service and great rates!
Wonderful Wonderful! – Very caring staff and reasonable rates. When some of the family pets have gotten older and became regular visitors they received very patient service and care at midtown - I wouldn't go anywhere else unless it was a nighttime emergency.
