Taking excellent care of our animal family members.
We’ve been clients of Midtown Animal Hospital for years. We take our dog Downie and cats Waffle and Sheeno currently. Dr True and Dr Dinkler are wonderful. As well as all of the staff are kind and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained with some off street parking available. Veterinarian and general pet healthcare is fairly priced at this Hospital. Pet medications and prescription food is the same basically as online stores or retail.
I have been taking my pets here for over 15 years... the caring staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable.
I've been taking my two cats and two dogs to Midtown Animal Hospital for over 10 yrs. I've had nothing but excellent service! My 13 yr old German Shepherd had breast cancer with tumors. She had never been fixed nor ever had puppies. Since the cancer was just in that area they were able to get it all and spay her at the same time. Its been two years and she's still going strong. Kind, caring, and professional staff.
I have been going to Midtown Animal Hospital (MAH) for over 30 years. I have seen all 3 doctors (Dinger, Rose and True) and all are wonderful. I trust them completely. The staff have always been warm and caring towards me and my furry family members. I know enough about the staff, the doctors and the hospital policies to know that the negative comments made here are exaggerated and perhaps the result of a misunderstanding on the part of the client. This place is horrible. They took advantage of a struggling student who took her senior dog in for a urinalysis. She told them to do a culture and sensitivity test on her if her UA was abnormal, but it wasn't and they still did one and charged her an extra $125. You took advantage of my daughter. You also SOLD her a senior blood lab w/o telling her what it was and how much it would cost. The dog was not taken in there for that, but they insisted.
