Planning to use their body shop as they do incredible work!!
Long post but needed. Looked at a 2019 jayco (28k camper) about 2.5 months ago. Saw the pics and spoke with a salesman got my trade in figured out and all. While looking at it I saw about a half dollar size drop of water on the dinning room table and questioned it. The slide wasn't out all the way when I did the walk through but didn't think much of it. My husband and I purchased a travel trailer from Midstate, now Blue Compass. It was held for a few extra days so that they could check a potential leak in the roof. They followed up with my husband, claimed that the slide was not in all of the way, assured him that it had been inspected, and everything was good. Much to our dismay, we have had two RV repair companies look at this and will have to pay for the slide and roof to be redone because of water damage. Sales department was great. Service department is the worst. When called they told me to call Jimmy (he is the mobile service man). I called and texted him about my middle Jack's not coming down and also about my heat not working. He has yet to show up. Maybe they are waiting for the warranty to expire. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY THEN THEY THROW OUT ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
