I had an amazing experience touring Mid South 301 Apartments, and a big part of that was thanks to Ms. Tenisha Johnson ! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The neighborhood is nice, clean, inviting. The rent is affordable for the comfort.
I recently toured MidSouth 301, I was impressed with the overall experience. The leasing staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Knowing that there is police available on site gave me added security. Overall, this community is a strong contender for anyone looking for convenient and budget friendly living. I’m definitely considering it as a top option.
Hallway and bedroom floor flooding... maintenance and management has been notified a week ago and days later.. building shifting, doors aren't closing completely, and more issues I've reported *Edit Feb '25: I had to threaten to move for them to try to fix things smh
