I am writing on behalf of my husband, who vacated his apartment at 301 Midsouth on May 31, 2025 due to military deployment. We have contacted Ms. Tenisa Finch multiple times regarding the final move-out statement. On June 9, she confirmed on a call with both of us that the early termination fee would be waived due to deployment and that the statement would be completed and sent by June 11. My time here has been great! The whole staff is great, but the maintenance team has been amazing. They have been prompt any time we have an issue and it’s always fixed as soon as they can. They are always professional, and we feel very lucky to have such a great team taking care of our home!
The leasing specials are hard to resist.
