waited over 3 hours to be called back. appointment was at 1:30. when we got here very tiny waiting room so full people was standing. no one at front desk . found out everyone had went to lunch and thats why people were piling up in waiting room. this is a pain center and when u leave here u are in more pain from having to stand or sit in very uncomfortable chairs. i might also mention 1 bathroom for all these people to use. waited in line 30 minutes to use the bathroom . i will not be back
They overbook. Lunchtime comes and you have to wait longer. They need to stop booking so many people at the same time. Workers are pleasant.
Had an appointment for a procedure at 1:00. Was seen at 4:45. Procedure took 30 seconds. Was billed 1,000 dollars for procedure and 2,000 dollars for facility usage basically
RecommendedIt’s a great facility. The doctors and staff members are very nice and kind. The waiting area is beautiful. They really care about their patients.
This place is only concerned about making money. Rude staff that herd the patients like cattle!
