We used to come here multiple times a week for bearings and oil seals. Now they made it so you can’t bring samples to the counter. Phone orders only. Only problem is when you call they tell you they will call back with price and availability and then you never hear anything. Not to mention they are extremely rude. I gave dimensions for a seal and was told since i did not give a part number and only dimensions that it would be a while before i get an answer. Only to never get an answer at all. Got there and they wouldnt take my order. They put a sign to call in for orders but no good receptionist or person to answer phone or return calls. Owner should check out what his workers do during the day. Not a good system to operate. I called back on monday after labor day and they have changed their ways for good. Spoke to Jody and she was awesome and took care of Business

i been going to tis place for years and they always helped me get what i needed , but things have changed i went there and the door was locked , i called and asked if they were open , they told me they do not do over the counter sales any more . the person i spoke to was really rude and told me i had to order over the phone . i didnt have my glasses or did i have a mic. to measure the bearing . i really needed these bearings . put me in a really bad position . bad business . i will take my business else where from now on and... read more
