Dr. Jones was unable to fully numb a cap he was removing and replacing. Finished the job and within weeks I was still in pain, returned to the Eagle River practice and was told there was nothing further they could do to help with pain (it was excruciating!!!) I got a second opinion by a dentist who squeezed me in (within 2 days) as was told I needed a root canal (also squeezed in within 2 days). I had my cleaning today and good news on that front! I had some cracks in a molar that I am getting a crown done in November. Great they are proactive. I had a good dental visit and everyone was fantastic!
Monday 13 July; Staff was very cordial. The Doctor took care of the fillings. What I liked best, was his honesty! I have another tooth that needs attention and he was totally down to earth, was honest, did not mince words . I appreciated that. The receptionist/ business person at the front was Super helpful in setting up/ scheduling the appointment I needed with Endodontist. These people are efficient!!
