I used Midnight Binding to cut down a Loloi runner for my bathroom, and it looks wonderful! The responses for drop off and pick up were very prompt, and the work was done quickly at a reasonable price. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Just a warning, get the full price before work is done. I took an 8x10 rug to him that my expectation would be to have it cut down on one side to make it square and one side bound, and instead, he cut all sides and bound all four sides, charging 4 times what I expected, as he said the rug was too far out of square. If that was the case, he should have contacted me to let me know the rug was out of square and additional work would be needed.
