I bought a new unit from them and the day it was installed it broke! Instead of replacing the whole thing, they replaced parts. Well here I am almost 2 years later and am having nothing but problems. Every few months it stops working. Its always the same thing that breaks. My biggest regret is buying and having them install my new unit. I wish it breaking every few months was the only problem, but sadly, thats just the start of it. It doesnt pull the humidity out of the house like it should. I would like to share so you don't have to experience the bad business they offer... As well as waste your money..... She repeatedly called YOU, her daughter a major “*****” and that you wouldn’t help her. She spoke to three different people in our office and all 3 were offended by hers and your language. We had to have our air conditioning units replaced on both floors. Midlothian mechanical gave us excellent service and quality. They also will come out every 6 months to service for nominal fee. Great friendly reminder calls.
Courteous, fast, kind and fair in price. Installation was quick and easy and clean up was excellent. Salesperson came back during installation to make sure everything was going well.
