I bought a new unit from them and the day it was installed it broke! Instead of replacing the whole thing, they replaced parts. Well here I am almost 2 years later and am having nothing but problems. Every few months it stops working. Its always the same thing that breaks. My biggest regret is buying and having them install my new unit. I wish it breaking every few months was the only problem, but sadly, thats just the start of it. It doesnt pull the humidity out of the house like it should.
