I brought my 3 year old son in today; Dr.Patel and her staff are amazing! I've been in the area for about a year now and I am very pleased with the entire office from the staff all the way to the waiting area. Thank you for such a great experience for both of us.
Took my daughter here for her first dental visit and they made everything very easy. Everything was explained to my daughter in a way that she found the whole visit funny and was able to be involved in helping the dentist! She absolutely loved the waiting room with the theater room, toys, and the tablets that you could play games on!
Dr. Patel's office is fantastic for children! She is full of knowledge and care for her little patients. The set up is family friendly and the dental care my child receives is truly the best we've ever had (compared to others). I'm so happy to have found this gem!!! No matter where you live in the Richmond area, it is an easy drive and right off of interstate.
I took my one year old son to Midlothian Children's Dentistry today and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! Not only was it our first time in their office, it was also my son's first ever dentist appointment. Dr. Patel and her entire team were so warm and welcoming and made us feel like we had been there a hundred times before. My son had his first dental appointment here recently, and it was a wonderful experience. The office itself has a very inviting atmosphere and was clearly well thought out for both the experience of parents and their children. As for the staff, everyone was friendly and great to work with. Both Dr. Patel and her staff are very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had.
