This company is a go. I was skeptical cause of my credit. I almost got scammed when I went to view the apt. I fell inlove with it. I got a hold of this company who owned the property. I applied and got approved 2 hours later. Mani has been very helpful and has my mind at ease. Im looking forward to my stay. My daughter is so excited. Job Well Done MPM!!
I have been renting with Midlands Property Management for years. They are prompt with responses about maintenance, transparent with all leasing agreements and unanswered questions, and great with communication! If you are looking to rent in the midlands, I could not recommend them enough!
I have rented from them for a year and love working with them. They have great communication, reply fast to maintenance issues, and a very easy application process. I highly recommend them!
After a $45/person application fee, this company requires you pay a non-refundable full month's rent before showing you the lease. You should never commit to a contract before seeing it. I'm sorry it took your team the whole morning to fill in a few blank lines on a template. I hope you're able to streamline your workflow going forward.
