I absolutely love where I live. Decent pricing for rent. Only downfall is the communication from either of the women in the office. If you have any questions after you sign the lease, don't expect to get an answer, but believe me, before you sign...they communicate well.

I would give 10 stars if it would let me. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. I cannot wait to move into my new home managed by Midlands Property Management. Marni and her team are so warm and welcoming. They took the stress out of everything!
Horrible customer service, tried to apply for a property but was having payment issues. Called them for help but never did for the past 2 weeks, some other applicant applies and they accept them right away. They never helped me out in completing the application. Horrible system setup and customer service. Wish I could give a zero star but google saved y’all with one star.
