I just want to give a big shout out to Tiffani Joseph from Mazda of Columbia ,she is truly amazing!! She is hands down one of the best car sales women I have ever dealt with. She was there through every step of my car buying process. I never even stepped foot in the dealership ,we did everything over the phone and she even brought my new car to me. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

The wrong size tires were installed on my car. All 4 wheels. It’s been 2 years and I’m now needing all brand new tires after 30k miles. I called and spoke to Adam at the service desk today, 10/15, at 2:54pm. He stated that the 225’s that were installed (vs 255 that the car comes with; this affects the width of the tire and weight capacity of each tire, hence, why they’ve worn considerably) is not the “factory recommended” size but that they could “technically work.” He attempted to help as best he could and tried to get me i... read more
