Excellent customer service! I recently worked with Seth in the service department regarding an issue I’d been having with my car for a while. He resolved it quickly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was friendly and professional throughout the process.
Buying from Mazda of Columbia was a great experience. Tiffani our sales lady was such pleasure to work with!!! Everyone was great!!!
I only gave them 3 stars because the staff was pretty friendly. Just like any other dealership they only have their interest at hand. They want you to finance through them and if you dont, they add an additional 1,500$ to the price of the car... scam scam scam! The price should be the price, why have it online at one price to get customers through the doors, and then change it if they dont want to finance at a higher interest rate through Mazda. Its their job to make money and ours to save it...
Had car serviced by my local trusted mechanic. He said there was a code the he couldn't take care of and to take it to the Mazda dealer and it was a warranty fix. Mazda kept it for 3 days then called. Said it wouldn't be covered under the warranty and wanted $1000 to fix but also a list of other items like rear axle leak along with other stuff already checked by my local guy. For much more $- I paid $200 just for them to get the code I had already given them from my mechanic. I get red flags and just don't trust this place
