1 STAR — I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED TODAY. I am extremely frustrated with the way my husband and one of our employees were treated today at Mazda of Columbia. First, I want to be fair and say this is NOT directed at Abner. He was actually the only person who was helpful and respectful throughout this entire situation. Great experience with Caleb and David at Mazda of Columbia. Took my old Mazda in for repairs and it needed a lot of work. David gave me a great trade on it and I ended up purchasing a CX50 with Caleb. Make sure you ask for David the acquisition manager if you’re trading in and for Caleb for your salesperson. It was a no pressure experience and they worked with me on a super low interest rate along with the trade. Highly recommend this dealership and Mazda’s in general for a reliable and luxury vehicle!

Kind of a funny story — my aunt and uncle stopped by this dealership just to look around, then called me to come check out a few places with them before deciding.
