Don’t take your child or family member here. They do not communicate with you about the status of your child. They only let the child call you for 5 minutes on certain days. They don’t allow visitors. Just an overall bad place. Not happy at all with our care.

This facility is one to avoid at all costs, mainly due to the fact that THEY DO NOT ALLOW IN PERSON VISITS AT ALL. I understand that many reading this are currently in crisis and fearing for their loved ones, but if you are in a situation where this place is the only facility with a bed available, refuse to allow your loved one to be transferred here, keeping them in the emergency room for a few days would be better than sending them to a place where the staff is rude, gives out no information to parents at intake and does n... read more

This place is not what it should be! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave my family members clothes that were dropped off to her to someone else and she called saying she saw someone wearing her stuff. We had to go up there for them to give her her clothes back. She has been in her room for 15 hours a day with only one visit from a nurse giving her some type of medicine and has not seen a doctor or therapist at all since she’s been there.
