Busy for only one person, waited 15 minutes.
I have been with Midland States Bank(Heartland pre-merger) for 10+ years. They have always been fantastic. The Denver branch is just as great as the branches back east. The staff are helpful beyond belief. I can't recall the last time I had to wait in line at the branch. A better experience than those giant banks. Oh, and their mobile app is impressive. I took a check to the same branch the check was written on, to cash. Because I didn't have an account, they were going to charge me 5%. That' would have been $66! I took it to another bank who told me they would cash it for me as long as they could verify the funds from Midland State.....they refused verify the funds.
Very friendly and knollegable
This is a wonderful bank. Friendly, personable, never a line and willing to help with anything!
